We partnered with FIGS to expand their retail footprint across the U.S., launching three new locations in Chicago, New York, and Houston. Branded as Community Hubs, these spaces mark FIGS’ first physical retail concept, designed to serve and celebrate the healthcare professionals the brand proudly calls “Awesome Humans.”
Together, we reimagined the traditional medical uniform shop and transformed it into a dynamic, experience-driven retail environment that feels as elevated and purpose-built as the people it serves.
The concept introduced innovative features including the Fit Lab, an interactive destination dedicated to helping healthcare professionals find the perfect fit for their shift, and the Color Clinic, a space designed to encourage self-expression within the boundaries of uniform requirements. In-store customization, including embroidery completed while you wait, adds another layer of personalization and immediacy to the experience.
The result is more than a store. It is a community-centered destination that blends product innovation, service, and brand storytelling into a retail experience unlike anything else in the category.
